Power Indicators

• Status Light: A red light on the charging circuit indicates the unit is receiving power.

• Power Logic: The vehicle supplies power as soon as it is unlocked. Note that the vehicle's power management system may cut the supply after a period of inactivity if the ignition is not turned on.

Fine-Tuning the Charge (Coil Alignment) If your device is not charging, the internal coil likely needs to be aligned with your phone's receiver.

1. Access: Carefully pull off the front cover to reveal the internal components.

2. Adjustment: The charging coil is held by adhesive and can be moved up or down. A thin line moulded into the plastic indicates the adjustable range.

3. Positioning: Aim for the centre of your device. (Note: The adhesive may need replacing after several adjustments).

4. Reassembly: Clip the front cover back into place by pressing gently on all four corners.

Charging Interruptions

• Obstructions: Avoid placing metal objects or RFID cards directly in front of the charger.

• Case Thickness: If charging is intermittent, try removing thick or "rugged" phone cases.
